Outback And Carrabba's Express

I ordered the Sirloin Coconut Shrimp and Aussie Cheese Fries. The steak is clearly burnt and shrimp is overcooked. Plus, I always request (and pay) for extra ranch and more times than not, they always fail to put it in the bag. While it apos;s less than a dollar for the extra ranch, it apos;s the principle. So I am not happy as this is becoming an increasing pattern of poor quality. There apos;s no way Outback would bring to your table a burnt steak if you were in person at the restaurant, so why do that on a to go order with subpar quality. The same service and quality you provide in the restaurant should be consistent with to go orders. Not to mention, there apos;s an upcharge on door dash orders. Please do better as I am a regular customer. However, that will change.

The Steamed Lobster Tail was perfect. so good with the melted butter. Salad was cold and crisp. The tomato dressing was excellent. The bread was warm and delicious with the butter provided. I cant even express how good the pasta was. Will definitely order again

The order is usually order with always one exception. I always request no seasoning on the cheese fries but theyre always always very salty. Not sure how that always gets overlooked. But other than that, theyre ok.

The soup was outstanding However, the lasagna was hard as a rock and there was very little chicken in the chicken parmigan. Very disappointed. If I knew I needed a photo I would have taken one.

The portions for the tenders the full size salad was not good. The tenders looked more like nuggets. The full salad was not much bigger than the side salad
