If you are in St Gallen and you enjoy falafels, Orange Imbiss is a great idea. They make them on the grill for you and have excellent beer from S Turkey to accompany the meal. It's fast and it's halfway between the train station and the Schutzengarten Brewery.
Go here if you craving a good Kebab or Dürüm. I've gone there for years and the food's quality was always good. The prices are average for the Kebab/Dürüm around 9 CHF. You can sit outside if the weather allows.
