The concept is great! then the negative points: no information about the establishment of a loyalty card, no employee offers it to us. When asked, we are told to wait and we have to see the person in charge (without explaining why). the person responsible makes you the loyalty card and no person explains these benefits and its operation. the loyalty card does not work on the terminals, we share this inconvenience with them, but it does not want to do anything to find a solution. It's been 2 times I've lost my points on the card with two tickets to over 40€ for desserts no cumulative points either, 40 minutes wait for a milkshake!!!! and the second time we took a milkshake, there were two mini pieces of plastic in it!! (I think it's the tray where it takes the ice balls that to break and that fell in) of course no commercial gesture, neither for waiting, nor for plastic...!!! the noise of the command ads that repeats 3 times of affiled, not super pleasant. Very satisfied with the butter chiken! well sausage, spicy, rich in taste fast service! I'm not disappointed with their dish in general
