Very much enjoyed my meal here! Food was also reasonably priced and it was enough for me to save half for later. I got the chicken beef combo and also got some spam musubi. I ended up doing 2 scoop rice 2 scoop Mac salad (I like that this is an option). You also have the option to distribute those 4 scoops with vegetables. If you do that, note it is just cabbage and broccoli (my husband ordered some). Overall positive experience, we ordered online and it was ready whenwe arrived 20 min later. We have never tried Ono before since we usually go for a different place that we're accustomed to. Decided to try Ono since it's close by and they delivered will be our go to Hawaiian BBQ place now!
We have been missing Ono since getting stationed here in NorCal and were so happy to have it again for lunch last week. None of these other Hawaiian places in the area have anything on Ono! Tasted just as good and fresh as ever, reminds me of my dads cooking! Everything tasted delicious, hot and fresh and love that their containers are made out of recyclable materials instead of the old black styrofoam boxes! The only thing I wanted more of was cabbage, I felt like it was alot less than before. But other than that PERFECT!
Delicious! Tender tasty bbq beef, bbq chicken/teriyaki chicken flavorful a little tough. Could be more tender. The white fish though! YUMMM!!!! Was so tasty! The batter was not overwhelming and it was cooked perfectly! Golden crispy outside, flakey moist inside. I wish this location had a drive-thru. They didn apos;t give me any extra sauces, especially for the rice. My only issue here.
Almost didn apos;t try this place because of the reviews. Glad I did. If you like Hawaiian food you apos;ll like this place. Not sure what to get? Try the Hawaiian BBQ Mix. Kalbi short ribs, teriyaki chicken Mac salad were our group apos;s favorites. Top it off with a can of Hawaiian Sun ono!
