Ono Hawaiian Bbq

I'm not a picky eater so I did enjoy it; however, with that said, they're most definitely not as good as they were when they first opened several years ago .. I'm thinking 2018 so 4 years ago? But anyway, I've been maybe five times since they firstopened (in the last 3 years) and it just keeps getting worse ..I only gave it five stars because of the original time bcuz itwas so good. Back then the meat was so juicy and tender now it's dry and not so good- even the macaroni and cheese isn't as goodas it used to be???? there's just a lack of care nowadays.

I couldn't find where they list their ingredients and by eating things that I would never have guessed milk in him. They only have a general warning that their food could have one of the great allergens in him. I should have taken a sign that they didn't want my business. I'm not going back. it is really regrettable because you eat great.

Katsu chicken is the best, and have to get extra macaroni salad. Reminds me of plate lunch on Oahu when I was kid. Nothing better than plate lunch after body surfing Sandy's. Only suggestion, where is the roast beef? That use to be the go to platelunch. The place is way clean, an everybody very friendly.

Best fast food restaurant I?ve been to in a long time. Everyone is always so friendly, the food is always fresh/ delicious and I never have to wait long to get it.

Excellent customer service. Food prices are great for the amount you get. Fresh vegetables and perfect rice. Macaroni salad on point, so delicious.
