NOT SERVICE DOG FRIENDLY! I’d give this place ZERO stars if I could. Went on Columbus Day/Indigenous Peoples Day with my roommate who is an Iraq war Purple Heart Veteran Amputee. We have been here before, with his Service Dog never an issue. But when I entered the door first that day,(I held the door for my roommate’s Service Dog) I was approached by an older woman who said, “Do you have papers for that dog?” I said, “Papers? We don’t need papers.”Offended, I turned to my roommate asked him to just leave, we’d go elsewhere. He said, “No, we’ve eaten here before, it is illegal for you to ask a Disabled Veteran for papers for their Service Dog.” Instead of apologizing or asking what she could ask him, she began clasping her hands together begging for forgiveness. My roommate said, “Forgive you? It’s a teachable moment, you have two questions you can ask.” And before he could finish he was being pushed out by some greasy haired guy claiming to be the owner but wearing a Monroe Equipment sweater. He kept trying to touch my arm /or breast, I told him twice not to touch me. I told the “owner” that: “The ADA clearly states what you can ask. We have been here several times, but I will take my money elsewhere.” He kept trying to grab my arm as I walked to the car. I told him to stop following me that we were never coming back. He followed me to my car where I handed him my roommate’s business card said, “You screwed up. He’s featured in a documentary went to Congress to get laws passed for Veterans with Service Dogs. Now, GET AWAY FROM MY CAR!” We shared our story with other friends in the Greece/Rochester area, they all said that this guy is “a creep.”, “a scumbag” and is constantly “se—ally harassing women.” Don’t eat there.
