Well.. well.. today is Thursday the 30th at 12:59 pm. I just picked up my lunch order for phone order. We love Olive Garden from this location because it 's very convenient from our office. What I notice is that service is kinda slow. So today is no difference, I 'm just kinda tired of it so I 'm finally writing a review this time. Walked in; there was 3 people the podium. Blonde girl w curly hair, African American man that looks like manager (because he 's not wearing black) and another lady (didn 't really get a look at her). They were talking and as I walked in to the pick up, they didn 't even say anything. They were just laughing as they were talking. So wait around for about 4/5mnts and no one showed up in the to go order table. Remind you that they are only about 5feet away from me! While all of this is happening about 3/4 servers walked by me, without saying a word also. I feel like they don 't even have each other 's back and no sense of pride of their own restaurant! So another customer waiting for his order finally told me she 's in the back, she 'll be right there so I said thank you for letting me know because no one else knows So today is finally the day I will write about this poor customer service they have at this location. I hope they will fix it, if not then
They ruined the 16th. Our son's birthday dinner. My son and I ordered both tour from Italy and replaced the fetters Alfredo with extra lasagna. What we received instead was a piece of lasagna, half cut, then side by side with chicken parmesan, which burned and disgusting, really akin to an ice hockey puck. In the case of injury insult, they had the courage to charge me extra for substitution. When she reported to the server, she informed Felix, the controller. Felix took the substitution fees, but never came to our table to apologize or try to make things right. He was more concerned about the closing for the evening than the care of the cartridges. Dinner for four was $100. Never again at this facility. Felix, your kitchen staff is terrible and you need Sir customer service training. Look at the food! How can you leave your kitchen? I'm sorry to come to your restaurant. That was a special occasion, and you ruined it for us. There are no words that can express our disappointment.
I usually love olive garden and I go twice a week. My friend and I went last week and we just didn't have a good time. No one welcomed us 15 minutes until it was time to sit. And when we sat, our waitress was very nice, but she was very understated. I worked at the food service, I understand how it is. but bread and salad came 10 min after our food! I really enjoy eating them as appetizers. We didn't order much and only drink water. The bill was $40! Wasn't server fault, but I just feel like she should take care of a few things on the bill. I used to do that if I knew that the service would not be in place. I don't think the meal is $40 for what we have. We only have the part of the bill, where she showed only total and tip. I didn't get a receipt, what we ordered. My friend and I were not in good mood and ready to go so he left $50 and we went. We will not be back to this place:
Update: Olive Garden contacted me and gave me a gift certificate equal to the spent. They are making it right. I’ll be giving them another shot as I love their food. Thank you customer relations.This is the salad I received in my online order. Could not eat the wilted brown salad. The portion is large, but what’s the use of a large trashy salad. The eggplant Parmesan was delicious as was the breadsticks. The salad was in a clear container and should have been caught and not allowed to leave the restaurant.
