Olive Garden - Table reservation

My name is Darlene Donald. I commented of Facebook my appreciation for your amazing staff! My sister and I ate there last Friday. My sister became confused and unable to get up and walk. She was fine when we first got there but the episode hit so fast. Heaven was our waitress and she was so kind and patient. When we got ready to leave another waitress saw that my sister was struggling and insisted on holding onto her and helping her, walked her to our car, and helping her in the car. My sister did end up in the hospital. Thank you for your patience, kindness, and assistance. Your staff actually assisted her from the time we walked up to the doors. They could see she was struggling to walk because of her back. God bless you all!

the woman and I were not happy with the wait, but the manager let us go satisfied. our server was monitored from a distance by its supervisor who treated customer service problems and their performance gracefully. our eating had obviously in a window for a solid 20 min. the pasta was dewatered and stained. we asked for another part of pasta and it was delivered immediately. the mgr had a professional pep talk with its server and a part of our meal. cudos to the mgr. I wish I had caught his name.

OLD!!! This is the oldest Olive Garden I've ever been inHow does the Darden restaurant group get away with this? Must be because it's Abilene.

Menu has changed way past traditional Italian foodWas hard to even find the classics on the menuWay too many ill inspired appetizers.

This used to be considered "Fine Dining", now it's just "Dining". A little wine will make any pasta dish taste good!
