Credit Cards: They're accepted. Restrooms: They do have restrooms to use. Visitation Rights: Been here twice. The last time was last Monday. Ambiance/Decor: Nice ambiance with modern furnishings. Service: Service can be better. Seems like you get more service when you're sitting in a booth instead of the bar area. If you want a quick eat, it's probably not a great idea to sit in the bar area. You'll be gauging when it is a good time to ask for things. The bartenders will be preoccupied by drink requests. You might be sitting there for a good ol 10 15 minutes per request. They also don't clear the bar area of dishes and cups right away. It can be sitting there for the longest time. Food Of Choice: I usually get the unlimited soup, salad, and bread. Note: Ask for a refill on the salad and bread so you can bring it home and enjoy another meal the next day. For the soups, I usually rotate between the Minestrone (V) Fresh vegetables, beans and pasta in a light tomato broth, Zuppa Toscana Spicy Italian sausage, fresh kale and russet potatoes in a creamy broth. Made with gluten free ingredients, or the Chicken Gnocchi A creamy soup made with roasted chicken, traditional Italian dumplings and spinach. For the bread, I usually ask them to take out the salt. They're still good without it. For the salad, it's pretty good. After a while, the salad becomes a bit soggy. I'll ask next time if it's doable to put the italian dressing on the side. Olive Garden For Thought: I'll probably stick with sitting at a booth compared to the bar on my next visit

So I came here yesterday in a group of 4 expecting it to be busy since it was Valentine's Day. The wait wasn't so bad we waited 45 mins but we just walked around and checked out the stores inside the mall. Once called in we were seated and help out pretty fast I guess they want to move people in and out as fast as possible since the people were huddle up outside the door. So we placed our order I got the meatball parmigiana on the appetizer my girl got the fried calamari appetizer and our friends got the fettuccine Alfredo one chicken with broccoli and the other with steak. To drink we got the apple sangria two waters and a strawberry passion lemonata. Only mistake with our food is that my friend had ordered broccoli in his fettuccine and the guy didn't bring it we told him about it and all he said was o it doesn't come like that but I can bring you a side of broccoli for 4$ when it's clearly an option on the menu. We didn't make a big deal we left it at that the food was great but the waiter never really came back I just kept drinking the melted ice since he never checked in on our table for refills or getting us more salad and bread sticks. I usually enjoy my experience at Olive Garden but unfortunately this was a two star experience because that waiter was horrible. No good customer service at all. But food tasted good

we had a great meal in the olive garden. it tastes great. management under scheduled service personnel. it was 10-15 minutes between the times when the server would check for us. my wife had the suppe and salat and became tired to wait for additional service. our time together was pleasant. we enjoyed people at the table next to us. all in all it was a fun evening.
