Adjacent to the Gran Son Net’s fine dining Oleum restaurant is the Treehouse which is available for private dinners and which I thought would be ideal to celebrate a special occasion for my wife I. There are a number of tasting menus on line but because my wife can be a bit fussy I asked the hotel to make certain changes to suit her tastes which the helpful Katrin happily arranged. Everything was sorted via e-mail before we arrived and we ended up having a very enjoyable evening. The setting is fabulous with panoramic views from the treehouse; the service was spot on – very friendly and at a pace that suited us both; and the food was beautifully presented including a couple of memorable dishes that my wife liked so much that she had them again the following night. Some might consider it expensive at 180€ per person but you need to bear in mind it includes a 5 course meal amuse bouche with matching wines for each course and all soft drinks. Compared to some high end restaurants we have been to it is reasonable value given the uniqueness of the setting the quality of food and service. Well worth considering for a special occasion.
I was two days ago for a romantic dinner with my wife why we are in Honey moon. The first surprise was the beatiful room where the restaurant is placed, the second was the big smile of the maitre. He recived us like friends and looked for a nice table. After sitting us, he oferred as an aperitive two glasses of their own excellent spanish champagne with this big smile). We ordered two starters, a pie cream with scallops and spanish jam and for afterwards we followed the suggestion of the maitre. Supertasty seabass in salt! When i ordered fue check arrived fue last surprise fue maitre cames with ir and we was explained him that we was just married and he said us just a moment and he returned whith two glasses a bottle of champane and.... a big sword!!! Then he cutted the neck of the bottle in just one second and said us this os the personal way of the hotel to wish you luck and give you congratulations. A mazing. Thaks for all the fiendly team for this unforgeteable evening
We had a small wedding ceremony at the hotel and a dinner party afterwards in the Treehouse. Katrin, the even coordinator/receptionist, was great. From the moment we arrived, she was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel had amazing views and the architecture was stunning. The Treehouse is a small private dining area overlooking the valley. The food and service were incredible. Multiple courses paired with local wines. All of the courses used local ingredients and had incredible flavors. We will absolutely return here we we come back to Majorca. We can't thank them enough for their hospitality and unique experience.
We had dinner at Oleum restaurant and we love It! The degustation menu is fantastic and also the service. The waiters were very friendly and profesional and made our night very special!
