The waitress was very good. However, the cook totally blew the meal. Items were left off the order and the meal was below grade. Manager tried her best to make it right but by then the meal was a bust. Ordered a drink from the bar before the appetizer which finally arrived during the meal and wasn't what was ordered. Again the manager tried to get the problem solved however she had to refocus on the meal issue and at that point she was visually upset. I don't blame management or the waitress but they need to get their act together. Better luck next time? I hope so.
My sister,niece and her little ones went here on Saturday night. I had never been and the service was wonderful. There was a wait but,we didn't mind that at all. It was the weekend and everywhere was so busy at the time. The food was delicious. Our waiter Sam had such a welcoming and friendly personality. He was such a nice young man. If you visit this location and have the pleasure of dealing with him it made a good experience even better. I would definitely revisit this location. A job well done to the staff!!!
My son and I think O'Charley is a treat. I had Atlantic salmon and broccoli and he had the Chicken Parmesan together with Desserts. Danielle's service was top notch and it's lovely. The evening ladder was very nice and thoughtful. The dinner was perfectly cooked and delicious as always. We had so much food that a Doggy bag was needed and our 2 GSDs enjoyed the extra over their Kibble with Gusto. The restaurant is clean and spacious, so an end to the weekend a relaxing and pleasant treat.
I am a little late in performing this review we had dinner there 7/30 we in this was my first ever eating in this restaurant and let me say that they definitely exceeded my expectations our server Jasmine was phenomenal I can't say enough big things about her, her attention on our table was the best I ever had. I'll be safe in the future. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
