Oberweis Ice Cream And Dairy Store

I’ve been coming to this store for 20 years now. For the last five years, I’ve often been dissatisfied with their service. I usually order a large hot fudge sundae to go. In the last five years, even though I watch what they’re doing, I’m never sure what I’m going to get when I get home. Too often, there is obviously less I’ve cream than I paid for, swimming in a huge sea of fudge. Most recently, I had to wait for several extra minutes as the teenagers behind the counter were busy flirting with each other. And of course, the sundae was a disappointment when I got home.In short, there is a lack of training and a lack of adult supervision at this store, which leads to poor results. You’re better off buying the ingredients from a store and making your own sundaes at home.

I was out shopping with my boys and went to Oberweis Dairy for a good time, or so I thought... They got my name awfully wrong, and when it was my turn to order, I asked the cashier to make sure my brownie was warm as days before the cold. When I got my brownie, it was as hard as a skirt, my spoon broke, I couldn't enjoy it and didn't even finish my brownie. I'm sad, that was one of the best places to get ice cream. Not anymore.?

Had an amazing experience!! Very clean place, and this place has many varieties of different ice creams. Bella, who is one of the workers that served me, did an amazing job. Very respectful and helpful and sweet. I recommend coming here!!

No difference between large and small besides the money. 28 dollars for very disappointing 3 small ice creams. All 3 boys asked for more when done. Would give negative stars if possible

Like everything else, the price of good ice cream has skyrocketed. The shakes get 5 stars but $22 for 2 shakes gets 3 stars. Still a great treat once in awhile. 03/26/23
