Gopchang (a traditional cure).Beef stomach, small intestine, and large intestine, collectively is called Gopchang in Korea. Traditionally Gopchang was eaten to cure back problems, enhance gut health , and reduce anxiety.I like it grilled. In front of you, at your table, it is grilled along with beef heart. It is chopped into pieces and served with soup, eggs, and a variety of Banchans (small plates).My favorite place for Gopchang in NJ is Obaltan BBQ at 799 Abbot Blvd, Fort Lee, NJ 07024See the video (there is fire below the grill plate too)???

Very unassuming from the outside and a lowkey spot but once you sit down and they start bringing out the food you quickly realize the quality. Me and my girlfriend got the meat combo for two which comes with a fried rice at the end(it's legit insanely good) which is cooked in all the meat fat at the end. The flavor and crispy rice is remarkable and got a order of their pork jowl. I should've taken a picture of their meat but plenty to see on their Yelp already. The service and quality is unmatched.

I got the beef combo,cold noodles, and japchae. Its so good! The beef combo was so worth it because in the end it comes with kimchi fried rice! It tastes so good! I got the cold noodles to pair with the meat, serving size was good for two! The japache is probably good for 3 people. The service was nice and they were on top of grilling the meats! I didn't even have to touch the grill! Absolutely great place for lunch or dinner! Highly recommend! Service was 5/5!

The quality and texture of bbq beef combo are amazing. The Kimchi tofu soup is also authentic. Recommend for a night gathering with friends for chatting and hanging out :)Food: 5/5

The seafood is fresh and juicy! Love the kimchi fried rice as well. Don’t recommend the brisket beef…overcooked! A bit pricy overall.Food: 4/5
