I was living in Barcelona last year and so I was a regular costumer in this restaurant. I have been going once every month the last 4 years or more and having been in Tokyo for a month two years ago and being a all live lover of authentic Japanese food I can tell it is brilliant restaurant. Some waiters despite not being Japanese breed speak fluent Japanese. I still go whenever I flight to Barcelona (Mataro). I have found any comparable restaurant so far which makes me taste new Japanese restaurants wherever I go.

Hidden away in a little street in Mataro, one would not expect such an excellent Japanese restaurant without the usual tourist invented sushi rolls but the genuine cuisine. Even delicacies such as Aji Tataki was available and excellent hand made sushi much better than the 'trendy ' places in Barcelona. Excellent wine list that matches the cuisine well Been a regular and will continue to be one. A gem in Mataro!
I don't like sushi at all and I loved this restaurant! Not only did the chef make sure that we had plenty of food but he also made sure that it wad sushi and nonsushi dishes which were absolutley amazing. The sushi was amazing according to my family!
