Nipon Teien - Table reservation

once again our big group visited here because eating is very good. once again, the service is the worst thing I have ever experienced. they have to wait for 30 minutes, just to get water! and we only get that because I have to swing my hands into the air to get attention. once we had to wait 1 hour for the visit of our table and that was after I went to the bar twice to ask for some service. So, good food, but the worse service. if I were the manager, I would dismiss all service staff! terrible attitude from them at any time. I'm just giving three stars because it's good to eat, otherwise it's a big minus.

Great restaurant with delicious food and super nice, super friendly staff. They specially made vegetarian Ramen for us and it was yumm! Genuine prices are a great plus!

Disappointing place due to the food quality. Rice, salad and soup were very disappointing. Fish was good quality but very small pieces. Service was good!

Had dinner there with the family and the food was truly excellent. The staff was really friendly too and very helpful.
