Next Of Kin - Table reservation

Next of Kin has a series of problems that need to be addressed including an inexperienced staff that doesn't abide by diner's requests and doesn't often use common sense. The service was slow and by the time our food was served, it was barely We asked for an outdoor table in the shade. The hostess sat us at an outdoor table in the sun. We asked for additional salad dressing and our server brought a completely different dressing We ordered pizza and saladwouldn't you expect the salad to be brought out while the pizza was cooking? That didn't happen. Both were brought at the same time and by the time our salad was finished, the pizza was cold. Plus, to be candid, the pizza just wasn't very good. Prices are too high for the quality of the food. for fried chicken? Really? I know all restaurants are having problems getting sufficient staff but the training for the staff they do have could be much better. I won't be rushing back here any time soon

We were disappointed. Our server tried his best but the kitchen was very slow and the food wasn’t worth waiting for. To add insult to injury, when I ordered a refill on my iced tea, we were charged an additional In all the times we have eaten out, we have never witnessed this before

So glad Next of Kin survived the pandemic! Service was outstanding, food was very tasty and well presented along with a great martini. I'm looking forward to going there again soon

Sat outside on the patio and our waitperson must have been very busy with indoor tables.While the waitperson was very friendly service was neglectful
