New Jin Fu - Table reservation

Disappointed Salmon slices on sushi are ridiculously fine. No wok cooking. The cook who makes the grills is kind as a prison door and does not cook enough meat, in addition he does not speak French. The sauces to accompany the meats and fish are disgusting, I took a curry sauce to accompany the chicken, I expected a real curry paste but the cook just poured a creamy yellow sauce from a plastic container. As for the chicken, it was still pink by place because not cooked enough. Same for my wife, she took beef that wasn't cooked enough and a hot sauce without taste. As a comparison, the restaurant o' buffet in Libourne is infinitely better.

I put three stars for me there's only one thing that's not going at all is the cooking of the wok my chicken was not cooked I had to go back there the second time I wanted to go back there to be really doing something I'm not the only one now I'm going more to the wok
