With only 1 customer ahead of me, why it took over 12 minutes to get an iced latte drink is beyond me. In fact, a gentleman who entered about 10 minutes into my wait, ordered and received his beverage just before I received mine. Staff moved slowly among themselves and never acknowledged that I stood in the pick-up area waiting. Great looking spot, the menu also looked good. But the service didn't work for me Service: Take out
Soggy and didn't even come with maple syrup as advertised. Tastes terrible. After trying several different things, the food in general is mediocre at best. Taste should not need to be sacrificed for healthier options. Might be better in house but delivery has been really disappointing, don't get your hopes up. Smoothies and coffees are good though.
