Nant-d'avril - Table reservation

These people know their beef! We went for a charbonnade a gogo all you can eat and it was really hard to stop eating, the beef was just so tender, and it just kept on coming to the table. Our waiter was very friendly, personable, and funny made the birthday that we were celebrating even more enjoyable. And definitely knowledgeable we received the description of the beef (from Switzerland) we were eating from him, and it was almost like we were listening to a wine steward talking about his wine cellar. The accompanying sauces were quite good. The salad bar is well stocked, although one does not really come for the salads or the fries this is definitely a beef kind of place. Considering how much beef one gets, the price is not exorbitant, and is basically consistent with Geneva prices. On the question of parking..... well, it is a bit of a challenge given that there are only so many spaces reserved for the restaurant the others are reserved for small enterprises that seem to be closed in the evening so we took one of those and we were not towed or ticketed, but not sure that would always be the case. And there were not that many people at the restaurant when we were there at most 35 and the restaurant could host many more times of that number there is also a second floor.

It's one of those totally off the beaten track places tucked away in an industrial area warehouse. Not sure you can even get there by public transport. Huge menu. All you can eat charbonnade meat cooked on open charcoal grill (beef, Turkey, veal sausages only outside), or Chinese fondue in broth, other combinations, cheese fondue, an array of pizzas and pasta or all you can eat grilled shrimp. And with all this they have one of the best salad bars. The more salad you tuck into the less meat you will eat. Good friendly service. A bit slow when packed. Noisy and some evenings karaoke, etc. One word of advice. The clothes you wear will need proper airing out as the smells permeate. Parking available but can get tough on Saturday night.

They have good food and one of the waiter speaks in English. The meat plates cost between 20 and 30 francs and came with really good fries. The carbonade is really nice and it is all you can eat for 44 francs. For all the plates a salad is included. The water is as usual pretty expensive.

The meat in our charcoal was excellent and tender as desired. The service is good but not the fastest even though there were few people in the restaurant. Prices are reasonable! Thank you for this party

The waitresses are impeccable and smiling, the meat is good
