So I get its a 'eat it and get out ' kinda place but sadly its how you are treated. I was told to sit on a stool that was very uncomfortable (Im 60). I wasnt asked if that was ok. So when i moved obviously an issue. Then it was my fault apparently that I should have said when booking. How should I know? Waitress continued to make out it was my fault and i was 'lucky ' another table was available. Nandos 'especially Guildford ' will be lucky to see me again. 2 of us so a table is potential loos of bums on seats right, forget comfort. I know im just one of thousands as you will always be busy right? Interestingly you share bad experiences more than the good ones! And I did share and got similar feedback. Shame. Excellent food, greeted at the door. quick friendly service and a very helpful staff, sat upstairs and very nice decor and ambiance.
My son and my wife we eat at Guilford Nandos Bikesh is very nice person he serves us very good and his very courteous.
Food was delicious and fresh. RJ was a great server with great customer service. Definitely recommend!
