Having tried numerous Indian restaurants in and around Frankfurt we eventually hit the jackpot about five years ago with Namaste on Jordanstrasse. They use only top quality authentic ingredients, which naturally pushes the price up. However, it’s worth every cent. The surroundings are simple but...what lands on your plate is outstanding. I usually start with some pakoras and I especially love their beautiful salmon tikka and their garlic naan bread. My husband really enjoys their lamb dishes as well as their paneer homemade cheese dishes. Usually in summer we bring our visitors here as they love the opportunity to dine outside on the terrace and they really love the aperitifs and cocktails as well. The wine list here offers a good selection. The staff who speak English, German and several other languages are always in great form and ready with suggestions should one be indecisive. At the moment of writing they are closed to the public because of the Corona pandemic but we can still order take outdelivery from them

Loved it. Basic, no frills, Small And packed. Very busy and excellent service. Food is the focus forget the ambience and don’t come for valentine gazing or if your trying to impress a very important person because it’s not that sort of place....It’s also a little on the expensive side but the food, the food, the food. It’s excellent. Unlike most Indian restaurants in Germany these guys understand how to make a spicy curry spicy. I ordered a extra hot lamb Jal Frezi and got exactly that. Lovely. Plus a mouth watering Sag Aloo, plain rice and garlic Naan bread, glass of wine and water for The equivalent in my local in Surrey would have cost so relatively expensive. But probably the best Indian I’ve had in Germany so worth the premium

We've been here with groups several times. Food and service is always excellent. Very friendly staff. We dropped in on a Friday evening with people and despite being very busy already they managed to seat us together. Thank you very much; we will certainly...be back

Awesome restaurant, one of the best Indian places I've tried. The samosas were yummy, and the chicken tikka made me feel in heaven. The place itself is..
