The reviews were great so we thought we’d try it out for ourselves. Sure enough the first course main course were superb. As was the beautiful bread. Pudding of grilled Banana or plantain was pretty awful, possibly an acquired taste. It really required some sweetness and a bit of moisture. I’ve rated my experience on the good food however several more concerning things let our experience fall short of expectations though. First, although it’s an open kitchen, heat is was an issue for August. I’m used to Seville heat but the air conditioning was woefully inadequate. It was so hot and uncomfortable people were fanning themself furiously. Very difficult to enjoy a meal in such uncomfortable inside conditions. Secondly and more worrying is kitchen space. I specifically informed the staff serving our table that I had a shell fish sensitivity. I’m not anaphylactic but the reaction is pretty awful. By 4am I realised that somehow there had probably been cross contamination. This very rarely occurs and although the symptoms a short lived with antihistamines I would not have expected this at such a high rated establishment.

We have visited other Michelen restaurants in Spain and Portugal and sadly this does not compare. Food was nothing special and over priced. We ate in another allegedly not so good restaurant the following evening which was hands down much better. We had fish courses, croquettes and a desert. As I understand, there should be nothing on the plate that is not edible. Parchment paper is definitely not edible, see photo. The staff were very polite and friendly, however, I would expect them to be dressed in clean aprons for that standard of eatery. It's a shame and I feel a little let down.

We had a truly wonderful dinner experience in this restaurant. The food was very good with creative dishes and great taste. The staff was very friendly and helpful and gave great recommendations for wine. Very enthusiastic young crew that works both in the open kitchen and serves the food as well. As we prefer to eat fish over meat, we asked whether we could change the set menu which was no problem at all. Definitely would recommend this restaurant for a great evening.

Superb. An unique food experience. Healthy pure food from an excellent chef. Relaxed atmosphere, also in the kitchen. I made 3 choices from the menu medium size mains which was more than enough for me. Every detail was perfect and flavours were exceptional. While it is not exceptionally expensive. If you are in or come to Coruna you must visit Nado !
