The manager let me keep both hot and iced peppermint mochas and I just thought how he handled it was so nice, personable and sincere! Thank you so much again for being so kind and professional! Update: the hot mocha code was delicious, but the whipped cream was over filled and it popped and splattered all over me so I was frustrated but luckily i was going home to shower, otherwise, it would have been a disaster bc it was all over my pants too"
