a firm chippy in hitchin, although sometimes the fish is a bit too salty. a lot more satisfying than those on the hermitage, as they receive more decent portions as well!
Best chips in Hitchin, with a few veggie/vegan options including spring rolls. Staff are nice and friendly. Good Covid safety measures.
