Monterrey Mexican

We're picky eaters, but we enjoyed our visit here. The food was good, the service was fast, but left a little to be desired. Ordered a simple dish that had an option of tortillas to come with it and I mentioned I would like the tortillas. It was brought to me without, but the waiter kindly asked if I wanted them and I said yes, then still never received them. I stated it as clearly as possible, but it wasn't a deal breaker for me anyways. Atmosphere left a little to be desired as well. If you just want quick service and a good meal then this place is just fine. If you enjoy a great experience to go along with the meal then you might be better off elsewhere. Very small drawbacks for what seems to be an otherwise well-run establishment.

First, the salsa and chips they serve are excellent! The salsa had enough heat without being too sharp. I always had very good meals here, no matter what I ordered and this last time was no exception! For appetizers we had the Spinat dip (which I could not find in the menu). This is one of the best spinach dips I've ever had! The place was very busy, but the staff remained fantastic! I would definitely recommend Monterrey Mexican Restaurant to everyone and get more frequent again!

I celebrated my birthday yesterday at Monterrey's and it was a great experience!! They gifted me a Happy birthday song and sombrero hat!! It was Awesome!! My family and I enjoyed the great food and services!! (Jose our waiter was excellent with the customer service!!

Very fast service, friendly, good food at a reasonable price. The margaritas are the best I had! Definitely recommend this restaurant. LJ
