M.Manze is a must for torfmaic! there are three twosome of manzes, but when peckham was far away and there are too many distractions in london, so I went to sutton. as a foodie I try to dinate at all the cake and mash shops in london, because I just love cake and maic. during this visit I had simply the piemaic so that next time I return for the split aale, because I am addicted to the jelly that is heaven when you are vinegar and pepper shaker on it. when I was too late because of traffic, I had only one cake and alcohol to be fast. Normally I have the regular meatcakes, but since they had the vegan soy mint version, I decided that instead, because not all the cakes maische läden have a vegetarian version. adding salt, white pepper and chili vinegar makes the cake really more tasteful because it makes the baked taste more delicious. the white pfeffer really takes it to the next level when it is mixed with the liquor and vinegar. even though the soymint has not much taste, but as soon as they add the flavor, everything goes perfectly together. I am so glad that the piemaic is one of the things that is traditionally served with white pfeffer, because the chefs nowadays do not use white pfeffer, they use all black pfeffer that is so different. black pfeffer is beautiful, but white pfeffer should not be forgotten how delicious piemaic. the only thing I didn't like was the plants with vans, because it just ruined the traditional look of manze. I understand they deliver for them, but maybe they're too modern and just don't look good together.
