Minit Stop requiring more than the government mandate does re: face coverings. Today, we were informed that we couldn't be in Minit Stop without an actual mask rather than just a face covering. This is a brand new rule, and they don't even have a sign informing people of it. We just got yelled at across the store by an employee. We heard that employees are getting written up if they allow people in with any other kind of face covering, so I'm trying to cut the employee some slack on her behavior, even though I still feel like she acted rudely. Everything about all of these government mandates is hard on all of us. And I understand that companies have to follow the government mandates to avoid getting themselves in trouble. HOWEVER, to all of these companies who are actually creating policies that make it even harder than it has to be, let me be clear: I will not forget the companies who acted in this manner. I will no longer shop here, and I hope that a lot of other people will follow suit. The places pulling this nonsense deserve to go out of business. There is ZERO excuse for this.
Bought 2 chicken bowls and a drink. Supposedly the cashier would give me a discount since the bowls comes with vegetables however their vegetables were still frozen so the bowl would be just rice and chicken. My total was $17.20. I gave her $20.20. My change suppose to be $3.00 however she gave me $2 not noticing the shortage since there there was a line behind me. She gave me no receipt. It could be she just missed counted my change but I doubt it since it would say $3 change on the cash register. Just a buck but for some a buck is alot of money. So sad.
today Tuesday 4/25/2023 about 4 pm I bought a 6 piece chicken at the minute stop at Orchid Land the Lady who served me at the cash register is the same lady who gave me the chicken. she said she give a one extra chicken because it's small but I saw her giving me looks the older chicken and I'm right she gave me an older chicken even though had a new cook my mother eat and she said it's taste old and very hard chicken. please don't sale the old one people can get sick with that. please address your sales person
I don't know what this stores problem but they really need to stock their refrigerator with products. You have several people working on shift and some doing absolutely nothing. One of them can stock the refrigerator. I went today to buy me a soda and half the refrigerator was empty. Really pathetic. Come on management..... get on your workers.
