Not sure of this place yet. Arrived for lunch just after 1 PM. They only have 14 tables of diners, but will take 35 minutes, they say, to be able to seat our group of 20 adults. So, we just sit and sit in a vastly vacant restaurant. Never advised to help ourselves to bar service and snacks. See pics. Wow, they, could have got their store's numbers/dollars per-hour total higher. Costumer service, proactively addressing customer needs, etc. are no longer present in this chain of restaurant's. Where is a leader or shift manager these days? Does anyone do a walk-through before they open and look for trash inside the restaurant? I see it around here. They have no single staffer at hostess stand initially. And nobody there a lot of the time. What's up with that? If you need to wash up in the restroom, you'll have to be a psychic to find them: there are 4 possible entrance areas and all are unlabeled. See my pics. And we finally got seated in an area with 3 torn booth seats...2 are large enough to swallow an infant. Really? You can't fix obviously long-torn seats? See pic. I hope I can come back with a higher rating for them later. We'll see.
As a Californian I didn't know what to expect but Miller's was great! Sports bar type atmosphere with great food. I had their famous mac cheese with chicken medium sauce it was soooo good ? I got to watch the basketball game while we were there which was awesome ? Service was great I'd definitely go back.
I was in a few mills? ale houses before. they have done a good job by matching both the quality of food and the environment. the personal is super nice and very helpful. they have many choices for food. even drinking possibilities are plentiful. I'm coming. super fun experience.
Great place to have beer, eat good food and have a great time. There are many TVs in place (I count 17 exactly where I was) and there are more. The waitress was also very friendly. Very recommended!
