You have the lazyst employees. I always told the employee that the food wasn't there, but the lazy employee, instead of looking into it, always told me that the food was there. In addition, she held gossip with other employees. After she was wasting more than 5 minutes, she told me that someone picked up the order. Now she can't recover.
There is absolutely no organization in this Saladworks. You will have three people working on the same salad and not even know it. I had to repeat my order several times while people who came after me got their salad before me. Effing Ridiculous.
