I went by, then to this inviting Venezuelan/Spanish family business restaurant. Ordered their excellent croquettes and a glorious pork, garlic and spring onion Casserole dish. Only then did I check the reviews. A critic from Bristol gave a star, complaining they don't speak English and slate their Patatas Bravas for too thin and their excellent tapas. Like some English on vacation, she doesn't bother to learn any words of Spanish, but feels free to undermine an honest family business. Let's hope she'll find the right restaurant next time. I'll be back with false pocas palabras de Espanol..
Absolutely delicious food where you can choose from various Spanish and Venezuelan tapas. Very nice owners who explain all the dishes to you. A definite hidden gem of Alicante, away from the hustle and bustle.
Great independent local place with amazing vegan options. We went in 2020 during our first trip to Alicante and made sure to go back this year. Still just as good!
Beautiful tapas bar that also specializes in Venezuelan food. Service and food was great and good value for money. Very helpful owner. Very recommended.
