If you are understaffed that is not a problem bc most places are... but don't tell me that it will be another 10mins if u never even started my order.... the manger just told me to contact the app and you will return your money.. hahaha really nice way to take care of your business mistakes. This is our go-to pizza place. Every Friday we get a Switch It (cheese on crust, sauce on top), and a pepperoni. They have excellent fries, cheesesteaks, and sandwiches. During the winter I had their chicken noodle soup and it was really good.
Horrible customer service , hair in food ,Mel the owner refused to rectify the situation and said we would have to pick up a new pizza even though we paid for delivery. Just order from somewhere else honestly
