If I could give this McDonald’s no stars I would. It is a shame to have to write this review because I have visited many McDonald’s and never have I experience service and food like this one. I was told I have to use the automatic machine which did not accept my credit card I offered for “eaten” rather than the takeaway service. I was told I would have to use my card at the counter after several attempts. Once I paid I took a seat at the table after a little while I’ve not receiving any food. I went up to enquire. I try your food was sitting on the side. The chips were freezing cold, so I checked the burger which was also cold, the staff told me it was my problem because I did not come and collect my food even though I selected tableservice at no time did anybody call me or notify me notify me that my meal was ready. The girl who served me it was very inexperience, just laughed and said it was my problem. Eventually the manager came who said that I would have to take the cold food or she will call the police. I welcomed her to call the police as it is against food regulation/restaurant to serve stone cold food. After several attempts to negotiate with the manager for the food to be re-cooked or a refund. She then open the till And slap the money on the counter, the girls behind the counter were laughing. This was a very unpleasant experience and it’s a shame that this restaurant is bringing McDonald’s name to Shane. Avoid at all costs
There is no option on ordering for lettuce. The Burgers we're cold, as were the chips, although strangely we had just seen the girl tip them from the fryer into the holding tray! Not a good experience. Burger King knocks spots off MacDonald's
We stood in a long queue waiting to use the computer order screens, after 10 minutes of waiting and still no where near ordering and seeing all the dirty tables inside and out we decided to go elsewhere
It would appear they now force you to use the automated ordering boards and just completely ignore you at the normal tills. The system wouldn't accept my card so left with nothing
