has great eating and a place to sit and relax. the new shopping points save time and means that they rarely have to talk to people. great for anti-social people, okay, but what else can I say? it is a mcdonald’s. it is not the best place, but the plus page is open around the clock sometimes and do breakfast and give them a fast meal. I would say the thing they are best for are students as they give us many freebies. as at the moment they give mcflurrys or a free cheeseburger when they buy a package of meal deal. how much!!!!! it is also not a restaurant and sometimes it can be very packed, but it is only McDonald’s everyone knows it is and has a certain opinion about it
I asked the server for a barbecue sauce and she threw onto my tray with a dirty look and no politeness whatsoever. My apologies for asking for a sauce! It's not the first time staff have been provocatively rude when I've been here. I've seen this rude attitude with many other customers here. The managers need to remember that they are in the United Kingdom and a surely attitude to customers is not acceptable. This branch is filth and other reviews reflect this. The American founders of McDonald's would turn in their graves if they saw this place! Sort it out guys!
Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! There is NO hygiene here staff don’t wash their hands when preparing food, tables/floors always dirty. When you ask staff to wipe table, they use smelly dirty rags. Takes 15 20 minutes for your food to be done, seems very poorly run.
I would like to thank rianna personally for treating myself with so much respect and serving me a smile that prepared me all day. next time I see them, I hope to see them as a manager and become a great leader to inspire others how to be! kind greet, bob.
