Good evening Unfortunately we ordered through the McDonalds app. The taste of fries was warmed up, the burger was dry and the ice in the drink was almost completely dissolved in the iced tea. Already the second time in a row. I would say the food was prepared too early and kept warm for too long so that it was warm when picked up, but unfortunately it was no longer freshly prepared. It makes a huge difference in taste. Suggestion for improvement: if you order via the app, don't keep the food warm. Very easy! It becomes soggy and inedible.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald's in Regensdorf. When I asked about ice in the drink I was told the ice maker was broken. However, just 10 minutes later, my colleague ordered a drink with ice and it was suddenly available. This made me doubt the honesty of the employees. In my opinion, better communication and honesty with customers is urgently needed. Therefore not recommended! Mr. Zobrist, check what you set ;

Recently moved to Regensdorf. My favourite hot spot , Good Service , You get your order on time everything just works can’t complain !10/10

You keep forgetting to complete the order and don't give a receipt.
