First and last time I will visit this location. I have never felt like such an inconvenience.. and I was only picking up an online order! I 'm in the drive thru 1st and they take the order of someone that showed up more than a minute later in the second line. Then another goes through. I decided to just drive to the window when I asked for a response and got nothing. I get up there and let them know what happened. I am cut off before I can finish saying The drive thru . The frap I got was not filled all the way and the only good thing was the sandwich... Worst experience... I worked in drive thru for years, I always say please and thank you and smile when I visit one because I know what people can be like...
I visited around 9 p.m., but I was told that ordering at the kiosk was not possible and that I could only order through the app. As a visitor to Gainesville, I couldn't install the app, so I asked the staff for help, and they happily accepted my order through the drive-thru. It feels both friendly and unfriendly. I ordered a Big Mac and it didn't feel as moist as a Korean Big Mac, but it was edible and delicious.
Service is horrible, no one has any kind of people skills. They ignore you and chat with each other about their personal lives. Last time I came in the cashier tried to pick a verbal fight with me. Would recommend skipping stopping here. Food is as always gross!
They make you feel like you can't eat here, with the staff arguing amongst themselves and making you feel like why you don't use the kiosk?
