twice within 2 months I left it that I was left waiting to be with absolutely no confirmation of the staff when they handed over the cash register. At some point I went to the Brookvale shop where I was recognized and then was served very quickly. I strongly recommend avoiding the neutral bay store until they improve their customer service skills.
Why is personal so rude? chatswood mcdonald’s is super busy, but the employees are still nice, especially the manager and team leaders who run with excellent customer service. I also went in a not lively night and still rude in cremorne. will you not pay?
Be careful if ordering espresso, they’ll still try to serve you from a cup of leftover shots they have sitting around for the milk based drinks. For $1 maybe I’d take this on the chin, for $3.55 however really not acceptable.
the place was busy and crowded. So the service was slow. but poesie was super fresh
