came to pick up my mobile order of 2 breakfast sandwiches and a 3 pack of cookies. saw the order screen full and I sat in the es tab for over 30 min and then I get my food and I still have to wait for some cookies. I asked for a refund and couldn't even get it because it was a mobile order. Why give me my order if it's not done yet. if I don't care, I could run away without my cookies I've done anyway. waste of time? stop’s maul and sit’s or ? make it a driver’s lounge. I'm jk, what ever eating was fresh bt just to fckin long yall has to look ahead instead of just the next order. order effortlessly before getting there atleast they can warm it up when his cold. next! never again sick, probably back?
Went in last night for something quick and easy. The staff was fast to take my order since the kiosks were down. Upon ordering, I was told there were only 3 options to choose from. Unfortunately, I had to change what I was ordering to fit the criteria. The wait for the food was a little long, but it seemed they may have been short staffed so that wasn't much of an issue and it wasn't absurdly long. The sweet tea tasted off like it was a little dated, but this was also 1am so not the biggest deal in the world. Seems the staff is doing their best with what they've got. Hope the franchise can help this location out a bit more. Nothing really against the few emoyees there.
if I could leave less than one star, I would. it's not the food that's the employees. an older woman at the woman at the theke, that one of the happy meals was missing a toy. contradictory gave the person who worked the counter, the older woman gave another toy, then went in the back and said the older woman was a liar and said she knew that she put the toy in there and repeatedly said that the older woman was lying. I do not understand what the great thing is only of good moral character and make the customer happy. Do not believe that I am again to the mcdonald’s.
I usually don't have a prñoblem with this mcdonald's, but this morning I have. I ordered two sausage and cheese biscuits and two speck and cheese biscuits. when I came home and we were ready to eat the sausage meats, there were no speck and cheesecakes in the bag. Instead of speck and cheese biscuits I had two egg biscuits with no cheese only one!
