I have gone to this McDonald’s for years and have noticed a drastic change in service this year. The morning staff used to be helpful, friendly and competent. Now they are rude, aggressive (management) and make mistakes constantly. I have received my frappe in a broken and leaking cup THREE times now. Other times the cup is dripping and messy because they don’t care to wipe it off. They screw up orders and refuse to acknowledge wrong. Today the manager either doesn’t understand policy, English or just didn’t care. She was rude, dismissive and then acted like she didn’t understand when I was asking for the GMs card to reach out to.
Ive gone to this location a few times now. I get yelled at by staff if I forget to ask for sauce when ordering but when you do ask for it they said why didnt ask when you ordered. Its customer service people. Also, they make you wait a majority of the time for your food when you do drive thru and it takes up a majority of my break.
This McDonald's unfortunately cannot get orders right, at least via Uber eats. Last 3 orders were missing an item that is clearly listed on the receipt they staple to the side of the bag. I called to let the manager know and he acted like he couldn't care less. Unfortunately won't be ordering from here anymore.
The place is just terrible, it stinks inside, the employees provide poor customer service!!!
