This is the 3rd time this month that the Frappuccino machine was not working. I know she lied , The staff was too lazy to clean the machine in the morning. As I entered McDonald's there were employees in the back laughing and cheering maybe they should stop playing around and maybe wash the Frappa machine. Lazy employees, managers won't reprimand employees for not thoroughly doing their job. VERY Disappointed once again
Fries were cold and extra salty. Staff was inattentive except for drive thru orders. Several were on the phone. The staff member that handed me my food, seems like she was under the influence. Cup lids were not in stock at the filling station for my size.
