Please give me my cheese back! : Seriously, what happened with my cheese for my Grand BBQ Cheese Burger? Somehow i got only the sauce. I usually don 't make claims over foods bought on a drive thru but this one could have broken my norms. Seems to me that they were overwhelmed by the number of customers who were on a waiting queue. Still i had to wait for it on the side parking lot.
We were the only customers at about 2 pm and out order took 15 min to get ready, the staff were just holding our French fries and talking while the rest of the order was already at the tray. The sandwich had huge 5 cm pieces of onion. Of course, milkshake machine didn’t work. Worst experience ever!!! It’s not the fast and convenient food one would expect from McDonald’s.
Always 1hr too late never answering the phone really bad!!!!!! or if you want to eat at 15h it is ok loooool all other services like Pizza Hut are on time never see that that before ridiculous!!!! Ok after 3hrs ordering nobody answering the phone and still 3hrs no foooood!!!! Crazy never order there!!!
Waited 10 minutes at drive-in, no one ever asked would I like to order something. Came inside the restaurant and the explanation was to much work, actually only 2 people sat in the restaurant, only 2 cars on drive-in. Will never come again.
