This place is horrendous! Especially the night crew 6:00 pm 6:00 am . If I could give them a zero I would. First, they always have a problem understanding your order. This baffles me as I speak perfectly clear English. Second, the employees act like they don't give a **** about their customers nor being there. Then after getting through this maze of misery, you pick up your order and it's all wrong. But it gets worse, when you point it out to them, they give you that look of what ? It's just a complete train wreck of customer service. However, to be some what fair to the employees, they are a reflection of management. This tells me that the owner, manager, etc. basically don't give a **** or are just as horrendous at customer service as the employees they hire and train. I've been going to this McDonalds before and after it was remodeled. Before the remodel, it was clean in and out, great service with a friendly smile and welcome, and your order in a timely manner. Today, a bunch of untrained, unmotivated, uncaring individuals from the top down. Do yourself a favor before going to this McDonalds, drive one street down to the corner of Lakewood Florence and you'll get real service. Then again, if you enjoy being treated like **** and getting a completely screwed up order, then knock yourself out....
They only accept cash only after 12. Like why can't y'all take cards or Apple Pay ??? I had to wait 30 mins just to get out of the drive thru only for me not to get nothing Because it's cash only. Just Wasted my gas and time for nothing
Ordered a big mac but got a quarter pounder instead. When I received my food there was a roach on my burger. I also ordered a milkshake and it had grey hairs in it overall disgusting.
nothing to say, each time is different experience ordering and getting the food. either good or bad.
