mcdonald’s has to door Dash driver, GrubHub driver, any kind of shippers in the night. they close the dining room for the general population I understand, but do it to the drivers who supply us late, which are not ours only waiting through the trip thru is unacceptable. especially because I benefit the hit for mcdonald’s and doordash

I went through the drive through like I always do. When I left I realized my order was wrong (missing the slice of cheese that cost 50 cents) so I walk back in so they could make it right and the dude Jose hands me a slice of cheese ? bro customer service is not your gig sorry
