Mcdonald's - Table reservation

On Sunday evening, I order the terminals in the McDonald’s, I pay, and at the time of printing the ticket, nothing goes out. I decide to wait for my order because even if I didn’t get a ticket, I paid it. 25 minutes later, still nothing, so I ask an employee where my order is, he doesn't find it and he doesn't know where it is. So they give me an order, and I wait, again. Note that I was not the only one in this case, the teams were overwhelmed. Between lost orders, incomplete orders, unhappy customers and I’m going through. It should also be noted that an employee returned directly to the kitchen in “civil”, without uniform and without gloves so, and handled many things, super hygiene! The manager offers me a dessert for waiting, which I must ask as soon as they are finished. I finally get my order, after an hour of waiting, but given the mess that it was I didn’t ask for my dessert offered. I'm home, I'm starting to discard the order. In the Grand Chicago, the new Burger, I had two poor slices of bread and a steak and a little sauce, that’s all. So half of the ingredients were missing, a shame for such a dear burger! I had also ordered a royal deluxe, same thing, incomplete! All that to say, I arrived at 8:00 p.m. at the macdo and came out at 9:00 p.m. to get a half done order. Deplorable experience, and this is not the first time!!

A shame... This Sunday, May 30, taken hostage clearly in the road line, arrived on site at 9:10, left at more than 22:30 (Of course! The line didn't grow by 1 millimetres! When we wanted to meet the teammates, they told us that they were not enough to manage and the room and the reader, no manager was there. The dirtyest McDonald I've ever seen. Sanitations in a lamentable state as much in cleanliness as in the state of furniture. Employees who fight the detergent product in the middle of the kitchen so in the middle of the food..a must flee.

Room that closes at 11:00 pm so-called, we arrive at 22:45, the service is closed, a shame!
