Very disappointed because this is my local McDonalds so I've been coming here ever since I was a teenager with my friends and family. So today I decided to drive with my mom and buy a Mcdouble and some chicken nuggets and I find out the burger had a massive hair. They first forget the Mcflury that I ordered and I was cool about it considering the huge line. But this is inexcusable and disgusting that we are in a pandemic and that the workers are not wearing there personal protective equipment or even a hairnet. I will definitely be taking this to corporate and never coming back ever after this horrible experience.
Ordered 6 mcdoubles and 2 fries 2 drinks and 3 ice-creams. Guy that took my order ignored me a lot so I had to get his attention. I said hello? Hello? And the guy said don 't you see I 'm busy? And then after I get my food I only get 4 macdoubles, one drink, and everthing is a mess in the bag. I had to make a second trip to get the rest of my order. Might never go back to this place.
There food has change its flavor like they are making it just anyways and selling it what's going on it never us to be like the and there coffee my God what's wrong with the taste.im so unhappy with them right now
Quality of service has gone down significantly. These children working are entirely lost. I?m left having to tell them my order. Forgetting items and sauces. Please change the staff.
