The discovery of a chef who has the same logic and a driving thread from the entrance to the dessert. no break here between the cook and the pastry pastry..And this ability to make that each item of the dish comes along, spice up and balance others with such a grace that you discover this tasty taste that the Japanese name Umami.To finish a simple anecdote. loaming the lotte (goût trop pronouncediche for me) appreciating little the gnocchis (too-poor) and Now, in spite of the miles of going back and forth that separate us, I think we'll come back every two months to discover the other facet of this chef's creativity.
