Mayflower - Table reservation

I haven’t eaten here for years due to a bad experience, but after reading a few good reviews I thought I’d try again. We ordered some chilli garlic chips, sweet sour chicken balls, prawns in garlic spring onion, veg chow mein and a beef chow mein, and a couple of cans of drink. I was surprised when the bill came to over £38, especially when we can get similar from Eastern Kitchen for around £25. I have to say though, the above aside, it was very tasty and delicious. It seemed fresh, full of flavour, hot, and portion sizes were good. My partner said the same, and we felt it’s the best Chinese we’ve had in a while. The lady who served us was very sweet. I’d order again from here. Thanks for a lovely meal!!!

one of the top 5 maybe even 4 chineses in the graphic when they ask me was there a long time and out good reason, for both sitting in and taking away. can be very busy and a bit cramped occasionally. a good menu, not too many or too few choices, a good balance between a little traditional Chinese with their voiceless favorites when they become. very friendly staff.

We had a lovely meal particularly enjoying the 'treasure chest ' starter and the ice cream desserts. We often have takeaways from here but it 's nice to visit in person quiet for a Saturday evening but pleasant and friendly service.

eating was amazing and the prices were very reasonable. it was also fast table service with very friendly staff. the food was served quickly and hot. in the restaurant was beautiful.

Went in to pick up food, bit dark but the food was amazing! Would go there again. The workers were polite, and overall it was nice.
