Maryanne's Homestyle Cooking

I have been consistently visiting Maryanne's Homestyle Cooking for breakfast lunch since they moved to their current location. Although the staff have changed over time, the interior has been modified, the one consistent thread throughout is the quality of the food they produce. It is hard to pick what they specialize in when it comes to breakfast as it is always good. They utilize high quality ingredients and it is always fresh and hot. The omelets, almost all of which are named after local streets in Levittown, are large and generous portions usually served with home fries. I recommend the meat lovers or Italian omelet. The southern fried chicken with the white sausage gravy is some of the best southern style food you can get above the Mason-Dixon currently. For fans of scrapple though, I do recommend the thin cut style. It has a nice crispy exterior with soft interior that is scrumptious. Finally, for those that are unsure, there are daily specials where you can get a variety of great and classic breakfast foods to eat. When it comes to lunch, it's hard to beat their homemade soups. I especially recommend getting the Italian Wedding soup, as it's phenomenal. It is served piping hot with tons of flavor. The Meatballs are generous in portion and combine a slight sweet and savory flavor. Lastly, I would be amiss to mention the service. There is consistent dedication by the staff to make sure you have a great experience while here. Many times they have your refills before you even ask. I highly recommend getting there early as the later you wait, the longer the line gets to be seated. If you haven't tried Maryanne's, I highly recommend you come and give them a chance to wow you.

Maryanne is never disappointed! The chefs throw into the kitchen. Some of the best sausage swords you ever have. Fluffy huge omelets perfectly deep fried cube potatoes and all super fresh and good quality. We stopped during a very busy Sunday and the front of the house staff was coughing so that things happen while the kitchen continued to perform incredible food. Order a page of cookies or two!

Maryanne is fantastic. There is a reason that they are rated as one of the best breakfasts in the year after the year of the dollar. Your food is amazing, the portions are huge.

One of my favorite places. Fresh food, good portion sizes and cheap prices. Service has always been wonderful, but Casey is the best!

Our first time and it was Tremendous Spot... Homestyle Feel DeeLish Breakfast with courtesy staff we will be back
