Beautiful restaurant, housed on the ground floor of the Grade II listed Marriott's Warehouse, a barn-like plan building dating from the 1580s. Overlooking the river, it has won an award for the best outdoor seating area in King's Lynn, easy to see why. It has so much character! The stone lower storey allowed the ships to dock inside to unload cargo in the past. So much history, and on the first floor there is an exhibition of the evolution of the town over the last 900 years. Don't miss it. The restaurant is very sympatheticaly done. The huge beams across supported in the middle by colums. The rough thick stone walls painted white perfectly complemented by the more polished plastered grey surfaces. Thick light stained wooden tables and colourful very comfortable leather chairs. Very accomplished. The food is very good. I had their homemade fishcake, delicious. My slow cooked venison casserole was superb, one of the best i've ever had. When i spoke to the chef, he told me it had been cooking for 8-9 hours. It was just so tender and delicious. The cheesake as a dessert was homemade, really good and a fitting end to a delicious meal. The mint choc ice cream wasn't great... Overall, a pretty good restaurant on the waterfront, with delicious food and great staff. Higly recommended

What a beautiful venue and so much history behind it. The authentic feel of it’s history remained with beautiful decor and there was a hidden museum/gallery upstairs that gave an on-site of this beautiful town in Kings Lynn. The brunch was great and customisable too. The service was outstanding, the waiter kindly gave some advise on what to see and do in the town. The owners friend had a lot of stunning paintings around the restaurant which you could purchase. They were underpriced for the hand painted quality.

10/10. I'm usually very picky with eating out but I had breakfast here today and it was amazing. The coffee was great. One of the best eating experiences I've had in kings lynn. They was very accomadating to my dietary requirements i asked for a specific vegetarian breakfast and it was all cooked and presented perfectly. the location is fantastic with nice outdoor seating. Great atmosphere, everyone seemed to be having good time and enjoying the food. I will be back for sure and recommend everyone tries it out

Had an absolutely excellent lunch there yesterday. All cooked fresh, and beautifully seasoned. Simple chicken skewers and rice, but done perfectly ! Will be there again before we go home.
