OK, it was just after 'lockdown ', and there is a reduced menu, and it was pretty quiet on a Monday and Tuesday. But as a regular pre-lockdown visitor to this characterful eatery I can only give five stars. The food was great, I was so happy to return. And my partner (I was always previously in Canterbury alone for work) who hadn 't experienced this friendly little restaurant before, loved it too. Highly recommended.
This place is brilliant. We were in a hurry to get to the theatre yet the restaurant ensured we had our food really quickly. Thank you to the waiter helpful, cheerful, really went out of his way to look after us.
Another good meal at exceptional value. I would have no hesitation in recommending this restaurant. Pleasant staff and meal served up quickly and hot!
