Utter rubbish....yesterday's warmed up ****.....asked for salad and hot sauce separate for obvious reasons and portion of chips.......salad was very fresh and separate, sauce was separate as asked for.....then didn't see chicken cooked in tandoor, it was shouted for to man in back room and it came with the bread and chips which were wrapped up and so didn't see anything till we got home. Warmed up stale chips bread stained with sauce and the chicken was stale and also stained with sauce !!!!! Obviously left overs from previous night. We were there at about 6.30 pm just in time to get previous day's food !!!!.......If you go ask to see food before it's wrapped.....better still go somewhere where they care about people and not profit !
Well after a pretty easy online order the whole experience went down hill from there . It said 50 mins for delivery. Fine I accept that . Phone up 1 hr later to be told it left 2 mins ago . Ok no problem thanks . To phone up 40 mins later to be then told it had been out for delivery 10 mins ago . Food finally arrived luke warm . Oven on to warm up our food. Overall very poor service . And lied to by the staff . 1st and last time Mario's
ordered the chicken kebab, been a while since got one from here and used to love them. when i got it home it was tiny, 3 small bits of chicken on a big naan bread, a tiny splodge of sauce and a plastic tub with one quarter of rock hard unripe tomato, a few slithers of onion and a tiny bit of soggy lettuce in it, the chips were good but really disappointed, cost over £10!
Used to enjoy the food from here but on delivery the order was ALWAYS wrong to the point of being so frustrating I phoned up to complain only to be met with a cocky attitude from the young lad I basically ordered from moments ago saying I was a liar. Will never darken thier doors again and regret the vast amounts Inspent there over the years. Food ok- service diabolical
